Last night the first UK Lotto draw of the week took place and after there were five jackpot winners in Saturday’s draw many players were hoping that they would have luck on their sides to become the latest top prize winners in this lottery. However, the UK Lotto results for Wednesday 5th September 2012 show that wasn’t the case as no players matched the six numbers drawn therefore the top prize rolls over so it is now estimated at £6.3 million for Saturday’s draw.

The winning ticket was sold in Northern Ireland, County Down and although there are no details on the winner we do know that the jackpot that was almost £4.4 million and it has taken the winner a long time to come forward.
Whether this winner simply lost their ticket and found it again remains to be seen, however this just proves all players need to keep their tickets safe and thoroughly check them when the draw ends because you never know when you could be a winner.
