Last night saw the first UK Lotto draw of the week take place and as the jackpot has been won in every draw so far this month players were last night crossing their fingers and hoping to strike lucky. In add to that 248 players matched five numbers to win £1,774, 14,090 matched four numbers to win £68 and then over 271,000 won the smallest UK Lotto prize that is always worth £10 by matching three numbers.
There was one number drawn in last night’s results that makes for interesting statistics. The number 23 was drawn third last night and it is actually one of the most popular UK Lotto numbers as it has been in the UK Lotto results an impressive 240 times. This is the first rollover the UK Lotto has seen for October so it will be interesting to see whether on Saturday night it remains elusive and rolls over again or if it will be won.
